Sizing Questions
How do I figure out my nail size?
Please refer to the Sizing Guide page to determine your correct nail size.
I highly recommend purchasing the Sizing Kit before buying a set, as I am not responsible for incorrect measurements!
The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box in the following order for both hands, or one if they are the same: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky.
Please refer to the Sizing Guide to write down your measurements, for example: a 14mm nail is a size 2, so write down the 2 for that nail. Please double check to make sure everything is accurate before purchasing, as I am not responsible for incorrect measurements!
Item Questions
How many nails come in a set?
Ten nails come in a set.
To ensure that they fit properly, I recommend purchasing the Sizing Kit, or measuring them yourself! Check the Sizing Guide page for more details.
What comes in the package?
The set of nails you ordered and an application kit which includes a mini nail glue, nail buffer, reusable cuticle pusher, and an alcohol wipe.
And/or whatever else you bought!
There might be some extra gifts as well, while supplies last!
Are the nails reusable?
Yes!
Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, buff the back of the Kei Atelier nails to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual. This is easier to do by using a nail drill, which can cost around $10-20 from other stores. To more easily reuse them, use sticky nail tabs to apply, and simply pull off the glue tab from the nails once taken off.
How long do the nails stay on?
It depends on how the nails are applied and how well they are taken care of.
1 day: Apply using the included sticky tabs.
7 - 12 days: Follow full instructions on the care guide included with your nail set. This includes prepping your nails by buffing, pushing back cuticles, using the alcohol wipe included, and gluing them on properly.
Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Kei Atelier cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
Measurements taken by the customer are the customer's sole responsibility, therefore I cannot make exchanges or remakes free of charge. To help avoid potential measuring errors, please consider purchasing the Sizing Kit.
For overall customer dissatisfaction over the design of the product due to the fault of the seller, please contact me within 14 days after you received your order for accommodations such as nail revisions, however, I cannot offer full refunds. Please contact me through the site's contact form for any other questions.

Shipping Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is offered.
Shipping prices depend on your location and are automatically calculated. For international orders, shipping costs are usually higher.
I am still working on setting up Kei Atelier and figuring out a better solution for international shipping. Thank you for understanding!
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
It will take between 1-2 weeks for processing time.
Since Kei Atelier just opened, there is still a lot to figure out, and only one pair of hands to work! Thank you for understanding!
How long are delivery times?
Delivery times are dependent on location and shipping preference selected at checkout.
All orders take about 1-2 weeks processing time before shipping.
For USA/Canada, please allow about 14-18 days for the package to arrive.
For other countries, please allow about 14-28 days for the package to arrive.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, Kei Atelier has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.
