Shipping policy

Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location and package weight/dimensions. 

All orders take about 1-2 weeks processing time before shipping. 

For USA/Canada, please allow about 14-18 days for the package to arrive.
For other countries, please allow about 14-28 days for the package to arrive.

Once handed over to the carrier, Kei Atelier has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.

International shipping is offered.
