Lost a nail? No problem! Order a new one by selecting the corresponding number, size, shape, & length of the nail that was lost from your previous set.

In the text box at checkout, include the information in the following format:

Size: (00-9 if custom, XS/S/M/L/XL if preset)

Shape: (Almond or Ballerina)

Length: (Short or Midi)

Set Name: (Copy and paste name of previous set)

♡ I will do my best to replicate the original nail, but there may be times where I may no longer have the exact gel colors or charms anymore. Please contact before ordering so I can confirm that the nail can be remade. 

♡ If the set was ordered before July 2025, please note; there are new sizes/shapes/lengths, and those will not be the same as your previous set. Please check the Sizing Guide page and make sure you order the correct size.

Processing Time

Processing/shipping times for all products are around 1-2 weeks.

Items like the Sizing Kit and other non-nail set items may have a quicker processing time.

All nail sets are made to order.

If you order a sizing kit with a nail set, I will start your order after you have received the sizing kit and sent me your sizes. Please make note of which sizing kit you used when providing me with size as they differ slightly between shapes. Example: "Almond: 3, 7, 6, 7, 9 (for both hands)". Note, this is thumb to pinky.

Nail Application

Instructions on application, aftercare, and removal are included with purchased nail sets.

Application

  1. Push back cuticles with stick
  2. File nails to same length
  3. Buff nails to remove shine
  4. Clean nails with alcohol wipe
  5. Apply glue/tabs over nails
  6. Apply press-on
  7. Hold for 30 seconds with pressure

Care Instructions

Instructions on application, aftercare, and removal are included with purchased nail sets.

Please store nails in original box. Keep the nails away from prolonged water exposure.

To extend the wear time of your press-ons, do not submerge your hands in water for long periods of time. Avoid water at least 2 hours after application. Avoid using harsh chemicals near nails. Nail glue is also recommended for longer wear.

Be gentle and use tools rather than nails to open things.

Use an alcohol pad to clean nails.

Sizing

Please check the Sizing Guide and FAQs for more details.

If your nails match the standard sizes (XS, S, M, L), order that size.

If you have different measurements, please choose the "Custom" option, and enter in the size numbers that coordinate with the millimeters you measured for each nail bed in the description box at checkout.

If you've ordered the Sizing Kit and have your numbers written down on the card, enter them into the description box at checkout.

Thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky.
